Cynthia Pallative Care
The Palliative Care Centre stands as a vital extension of our ministry’s commitment to compassionate healthcare. Established on 5th January 2006, the Cancer Palliative Care Centre was inaugurated with the noble mission of providing free and holistic care to patients suffering from advanced-stage (Stage IV) cancer.
Our centre is founded on the principle of service without discrimination extending care and comfort to all individuals regardless of religion, caste, creed, or socioeconomic background. We believe that every person deserves dignity, respect, and relief from suffering during life’s most challenging phases.
The centre offers comprehensive palliative services, including pain management, emotional and psychological support, spiritual guidance, and assistance to families and caregivers. A team of dedicated doctors, nurses, and trained volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that each patient receives compassionate attention and personalized care aimed at improving their quality of life, rather than merely extending it.
Geriatric Care Centre
The Geriatric Care Centre is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and specialized care for the elderly. The centre operates round the clock, offering 24x7 nursing support and personal attention to ensure the comfort, dignity, and well being of every resident.
Our team of trained healthcare professionals focuses not only on medical assistance but also on emotional and social support, helping senior citizens lead fulfilling lives in a safe and nurturing environment. The centre also emphasizes preventive health care, physiotherapy, and regular wellness check ups to enhance the quality of life for the elderly under our care.
Dialysis Unit
The Dialysis Unit, established On 11th September 2020 with the generous support of the Rotary Club, Kallianpur, provides essential dialysis services to patients suffering from chronic kidney disease. The unit is committed to offering high quality care at affordable rates, ensuring that life-sustaining treatment remains accessible to all, especially to those from economically weaker sections. Equipped with modern dialysis machines and managed by trained medical professionals, the unit emphasizes patient comfort, safety, and continuous monitoring to maintain the highest standards of healthcare.
Physiotherapy Unit
The Physiotherapy Unit was launched in its first phase on 24th May 2025, with the primary objective of providing comprehensive physiotherapy and rehabilitation services to the needy and the elderly at affordable rates. This initiative aims to ensure that quality therapeutic care is accessible to all, especially to those who might otherwise be unable to afford such services.
The unit focuses on promoting mobility, pain relief, and physical well-being through a range of scientifically designed therapies and exercises. It caters to patients recovering from surgery, injury, stroke, and those suffering from chronic pain, arthritis, and age-related mobility challenges.
Staffed by a team of qualified physiotherapists and equipped with modern therapeutic equipment, the centre provides personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Regular physiotherapy sessions help individuals regain strength, improve flexibility, and enhance their overall quality of life. With this initiative, the Physiotherapy Unit continues to uphold the institution’s mission of delivering compassionate, affordable, and effective healthcare services to the community.
Nursing Aide Course
With objective of helping poor students from the rural area to find employment, Goretti hospital started practical nursing training in 2007.
To make the course accessible to all, it is offered at minimal fees, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder opportunities for personal and professional growth. Beyond technical training, the program also focuses on instilling confidence, compassion, and a sense of social responsibility, thereby contributing to both women’s empowerment and the betterment of community healthcare.
